Barb Jezorski, RN, MSN, is the Chief Operating Officer of TRU Healthcare. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a Master of Science in Nursing, Barb brings a wealth of clinical expertise and leadership acumen to her role. Her career has spanned various executive and director-level positions in acute care hospitals, home health, hospice, and assisted living centers. At TRU Healthcare, Barb is responsible for the operational and clinical oversight of home and community-based services, including home health. Her work ensures the organization meets strategic goals while delivering exceptional quality outcomes that improve lives.

Guided by the philosophy “Progress, not Perfection” Barb is dedicated to driving meaningful, sustainable growth that prioritizes both patient care and organizational success. Beyond her operational achievements, Barb is passionate about making a tangible difference in clients’ lives, believing that compassionate care and focused leadership can transform outcomes for individuals and families.

Barb’s leadership extends to her role as Chair of the Medicare Workgroup for the Minnesota HomeCare Association (MHCA), where she works to advance important initiatives in the industry. She has also shared her knowledge and insights through speaking engagements during her career, further demonstrating her commitment to improving healthcare practices.

Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time outdoors camping, biking, and hiking—activities that reflect her love for balance and connection. This personal passion for exploring the world mirrors her professional drive to continually seek progress and solutions that make a difference.
